Where is the PARK&TRAVEL office located, and what are its opening hours?
Our office is located in the Son Oms Industrial Estate (Carrer del Canal de Sant Jordi, 7, 07199 Palma), right next to Palma de Mallorca Airport.

Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. If you wish to drop off or pick up your car outside these hours, don’t worry. We will accommodate your reservation at any time, as long as you book online at least 24 hours in advance.
How far is PARK&TRAVEL from the terminals of Palma de Mallorca Airport?
Our office is just 5 minutes away from the airport terminals (4.6 km). Transfers (both to and from the terminal) are included in the parking service price.
How do I pick up my car when I return from my trip?
Upon arriving at Palma de Mallorca Airport, contact out team by calling

and head to our Shuttle Bus stop. To find it: exit the terminal through DOOR 4, walk under the tall porch, and cross the first zebra crossing you see. After crossing, turn right; the stop is about 30 metres past the covered area. You can see the complete route

Can parking reservations be modified or cancelled?
You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before dropping off your car at our facilities.
Otherwise, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
How early should I drop off my vehicle before my flight?
Airlines recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours before an international flight and 1 hour before a domestic flight. Although the vehicle drop-off and transfer to the terminal will take no more than 20 minutes, we advise arriving at our parking facility with enough time to reach your flight on time. During the booking process, please remember to indicate the time you will drop off your vehicle at our facilities.
Is a reservation required to leave my car at PARK&TRAVEL?
It is not necessary or mandatory to make a reservation in advance to use our parking service without prior notice. However, we highly recommend making a reservation as it guarantees your parking space. Additionally, you will pay less for your stay if you book through the

How long can I leave my car at PARK&TRAVEL?
The minimum duration for a parking service contract is one day. We also offer long-term passes for six and twelve months.
What payment methods are accepted?
Can you wash my car while I'm away?
Of course, we have a team of professionals and the necessary facilities to wash your car while you enjoy your trip. We offer machine exterior washes, interior cleaning and vacuuming, or complete washes (both exterior and interior) at very competitive prices. Do I need to leave my car keys?
How can I obtain the invoice for the service?
To obtain the invoice for your parking service, you can request it when dropping off or collecting your vehicle, or by sending an email to parkandtravel@roig.com
How does the electric vehicle charging service work?
If you have an electric vehicle, you can book our charging service by adding it as an extra when making your online reservation. Once you drop off your vehicle at our facilities, we’ll take care of plugging it into our charging stations so it’s ready for you when you return.
